From our offices in the UK, India and the USA, we offer comprehensive after-sales support. This can be via a remote diagnostic facility,
or if required, in person. Site visits are rarely needed although if required they are included in the Software Maintenance Agreement, as are minor software updates.
Over and above this additional support, e.g.. out of hours, can be purchased on an agreed cost basis, ensuring you remain in control of the cost implications at all times. Comprehensive
support for all aspects of your system is available through Clinical Systems, including regular new releases of the system and additional instrumentation modules. Our maintenance
contracts provide a range of support levels which enables you to select the most appropriate cover for your organization.
